
FUNdamental Youth S&C Group Session
Fun and focussed S&C training for youth athletes.
Service Description
Athletic Foundations small group sessions are designed for youth athletes who also enjoy the social side to training and enjoy the motivation and competitive edge that comes with group training. Individual sports where there is limited social interaction will gain from this environment and in particular the final word in our motto here at AF of “Train, Compete & Win… Together” reigns true during these sessions. The session will follow a loose structure of: Warm Up: Including mobility, activation and a game/challenge activity. Main session: 2 key exercises focusing on one of our key fundamental movement patterns of squat, lunge, pull, hinge, brace, rotate & locomotion. With several supporting exercises, games and challenges. Conditioning: Short and sharp conditioning segments working on energy system development.
