About
This is a 6-week program designed for runners to build strength, reduce the likelihood of injury and improve running economy. This is phase 1 of 2 of the Runner Ready course and focusses on basic movement patterns and strength development. Across the six weeks there will be a progressive overload of intensity to build strength and power. After the completion of phase 1 it is recommended to start phase 2 as these programs are linked.
