About
This is a 6-week program designed for swimmers/triathletes to build strength, reduce the likelihood of injury and improve swimming economy. This is phase 1 of 2 of the Swim Strong course and focusses on more advanced movement patterns and power development. Across the six weeks there will be a progressive overload of intensity to build strength and power. After the completion of phase 1 it is recommended to complete phase 2 as both of these programs are linked to further your performance.
