About
This is a 6-week program designed for swimmers/triathletes to build strength, reduce the likelihood of injury and improve swimming economy. This is phase 2 of the Swim Strong course and focusses on more advanced movement patterns and power development. Across the six weeks there will be a progressive overload of intensity to build strength and power. After the completion of both phase 1 and phase 2 it is recommended to sign up to an individual training plan. Browse our remote options or contact me for more information.
