About
This is a 6-week program designed for runners to build strength, reduce the likelihood of injury and improve running economy. This is phase 2 of the Runner Ready course and focusses on more advanced movement patterns and power development. Across the six weeks there will be a progressive overload of intensity to build strength and power. After the completion of both phase 1 & 2 it is recommended to level up your training by opting for an individual program. See our service levels for more information.
